There is a very easy way to make money online free using networks of blogs such as Google’s blogger.com. You can set up any number of blogs on these services without ever having to pay for a domain name or hosting of your own.

In this post I want to look at the easiest ways of adding content to these blogs and then perhaps even more importantly driving traffic to them. Traffic equals profit and without traffic you can have created the best blog in the world and no-one will get to see it.

Our aim in setting up these free blogs, is to do so at no outlay cost, and then to monetize them through adsense. Once we have mastered setting up free blogs then maybe at a later date, when we are feeling more confident, we can move on to creating our own self-hosted blogs.

Creating The Content

Pick a niche (and if you have any trouble with this one, check out the Niches section in my sidebar) where people have a need and are prepared to spend money on it. e.g. health, insurance, making money, expensive hobbies. The ad revenues are usually higher in these niches. Set up a free blog on the subject that you picked, write 5 blog entries (or use PLR articles), apply for a Google Adsense account and put Adsense on the blog. You will earn when people click on the ads.

After the first 5, do not try to write the blog entries yourself. It is better to take articles from a directory and spend your time on attracting traffic to your site. The more articles you can find to add to your site, the better. Ezinearticles.com has plenty that you can use in almost any niche, you must just be sure to keep the author’s resource box and link intact.

You can add your own introductory and concluding paragraph to each article if you want to give your own flavor to them. Say whether you agree or disagree with the article, point up something else that they have not mentioned, or just write that you think it is a useful article. This may also help with the issue of duplicate content in the search engine results.

If you prefer not to have an author name on the articles then look for PLR articles in your niche. These are not expensive and you are free to edit them and upload them as your own.

Monetizing The Blog

You can apply for an Adsense account from virtually any country in the world. Google will pay into your bank account. Just be sure to read their program policies. In particular, never be tempted to click on the ads on your own sites. You can very easily lose your Adsense account that way.

It will take time to build up traffic but you can do this quite easily by submitting links along with a comment on other people’s blogs. Your comment must be meaningful and add something to the site – a question about the blog post is good. A meaningless comment like “great blog” will probably be deleted.

When you have built about 100 links, create another blog in another subject. Repeat. Your earnings will start small but they should grow.

One thing that is important is to keep working on the traffic. After you have built each new blog, go back to the others that you already did and build a few more links for each one. That way, the links continue to grow in a natural way. This can help you to attract more traffic through the search engines, bringing more visitors to your blog so that you make money online free almost effortlessly.
