I have been seriously considering making a living through Internet/Affiliate marketing for a little while now. I started out online about four years ago when I set up a couple of ebay shops, selling jewellery and gifts. These were successful and provided me with a part-time income, however because I also work full-time I didn’t have enough time in the day to take it to the next level. There is only so much listing, packing and posting you can do when you are strapped for time. I have still kept one of the shops open but that is just to keep one income stream going.
In the last couple of years I have been more and more drawn to internet/affiliate marketing, as I believe it allows for the most leverage in possible earnings. By that I mean that although you will have to work at it, and work hard, internet marketing offers the most bang for your buck, as in the long term you can replicate your efforts and your income will build. Also not only will it build but the results can be quite amazing as you are removing the £10/$20 an hour mentality you usually work for and replacing it with a model that can be scaled up.
Ok, so that is all the good stuff out of the way. I know what is possible, now I have to set about achieving it. That is where this blog comes in to play, as I am going to use it as a diary of sorts of my progress and hopefully a chart of my online income.
As we all know there is a lot of BS out there about all sorts of money-making schemes, e-books, memberships etc etc. Let there be no doubt about it, I have fallen for a great many of these in the past, but no more. As I progress I am going to highlight tools, software and membership programs, but only those that I have used and can vouch for. I will also try and bring to your attention many things available online that will help you in your quest for internet income, that you can get for FREE, and there is quite a lot out there if you know where to look. So come along with me if you like as we go on our BS-free journey to online wealth.
